Tolani Britton, faculty affiliate of ISSI's Center for Research on Social Change, was awarded a National Academy of Education/Spencer postdoctoral fellowship for her project "Postsecondary Educational Trajectories of Formerly Incarcerated Persons." Her research study will provide insight into the struggle that former incarcerated persons face when pursuing post-secondary education and/or a degree.
