Travis Bristol, faculty affiliate of the Center for Research on Social Change, has co-edited the new book Men Educators of Color in U.S. Public Schools and Abroad. Published by Routledge Press, the book examines the intersection of social identities for men who are teachers of color and their struggles for political and professional agency. It addresses race inequality in education, exploring alternative perspectives as a way to understand the specific implications of male educators of color on education.
