Eos Trinidad, faculty affiliate of the Center for Research on Social Change, has published a new article, “Interviewing K-12 education experts and elites,” in the journal Frontiers in Education. Trinidad discusses the importance of better understanding the influence experts have on education as a way to contextualize public skepticism and criticism. The paper defines expert/elite interviews and proposes strategies for researchers to consider when interviewing experts.
