Myers Center Awards New Grants for Student Research

Myers Center for Research on Native American Issues awarded grants to two UCB students. Sierra Hampton, a doctoral student in Environmental Policy, Science, and Management, received the grant for their project "Researching Food Sovereignty in the Chickasaw Nation," and John Yunker, an undergraduate student in Anthropology, received the grant for "A Comparative Analysis of Archaeological Methods: Low Impact and High Impact Archaeology in Santa Cruz, CA."
