ISSI's Center for Research on Social Change faculty affiliate Eric Stanley was quoted extensively in the Daily Cal article, "Transgender activism has long history in Berkeley, continued presence through resources for trans people." Stanley states, "Disability justice, anti-policing, and Black trans liberation politics are all coming together demanding justice," and describes their work for transgender advocacy through their newest research project.
