ISSI's Center for Research on Social Change faculty member Travis J. Bristol received a National Academy of Education/Spencer Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship. Bristol aims to use this fellowship to study the impact of school district practices on the learning of novice male teachers of color and to offer solutions to prepare veteran teachers to help novice male teachers of color.
