"Beyond border health: Infrastructural violence and the health of border abolition," a recent article in the journal Social Science & Medicine, was co-authored by the late Sam Dubal, who was an affiliate of ISSI's Berkeley Center for Social Medicine. "Outlining the rights of people to stay and to move, and drawing on lessons from the prison abolition movement, [the authors] offer policies and practices towards a ‘no borders’ system."
