Xinping Hu is a PhD student in Jurisprudence and Social Policy at UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on reproductive law and its social dimensions. Her current projects include work on fertility fraud legislation across U.S. states and the post-Dobbs and post-LePage legal landscape of IVF.
